Transforming Machine (U)

This project creates an escape for the user. Moving from an exposed state to one where the person is completely enclosed and protected allows the user to remove any visual stimuli in the surrounding context and be wrapped in a cocoon. For a first time user, there is an element of surprise when the user sits down, putting the chair in motion.
